We are seeking full-time Dining Service Associates who take pride in providing friendly service, preparing quality meals, and maintaining a clean, welcoming dining environment. In this role, your work directly supports residents’ health, comfort, and overall experience.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys staying active, working as part of a team, and making a visible difference in the lives of others.
Shift Options: 6am - 2pm, 12pm - 8pm

Responsibilities
What You’ll Do
Prepare food and beverages according to established menus, recipes, and resident dietary needs
Set up dining areas and assist with accurate, timely meal service
Create a positive dining experience through attentive, respectful service
Clean and sanitize dishes, kitchen equipment, food-preparation areas, and dining spaces
Follow food-safety, sanitation, infection-control, and applicable regulatory requirements
Restock supplies and help keep the kitchen organized and ready for service
Work collaboratively with cooks, supervisors, and other team members to keep meal service running smoothly
Respond to residents’ needs with patience, professionalism, and care

Qualifications
What We’re Looking For:
You do not need extensive food-service experience to make an impact in this role. We are looking for dependable, service-minded individuals who enjoy working with others and are ready to learn.
Required Qualifications
Must be at least 16 years of age
Employment certificate or work permit required when applicable
Prior customer-service experience
Current ServSafe certification or willingness to obtain certification
Physical stamina to remain active throughout the shift
Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English at an intermediate or more advanced level to support safe, effective communication with residents, coworkers, visitors, and supervisors
Preferred Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous food service, hospitality, restaurant, serving, or dining experience
Most importantly, you should bring a positive attitude, reliability, and a genuine commitment to creating a welcoming dining experience for our residents.
