Position Summary

As Dining Room Manager, you’ll lead front-of-house operations and set the standard for exceptional dining service. You’ll oversee service flow, support daily operations, and recruit, train, and mentor your team while creating a culture of professionalism, teamwork, and genuine hospitality.

Essential Job Duties

• Uphold hospitality standards appropriate for an upscale senior living community serving 400+ residents.
• Ensure consistent, attentive, and polished service at every table.
• Handle resident and guest concerns, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and discretion.
• Maintain fine-dining service standards, including etiquette, timing, communication, and presentation.
• Foster a culture of professionalism, teamwork, accountability, and composure under pressure.
• Monitor service flow, timing between courses, and table resets.
• Assist with inventory management and ordering of front-of-house supplies.
• Recruit, train, coach, and mentor front-of-house staff, including Leads, Servers, Runners, and Hosts.
• Work closely with the culinary team and other departments to ensure a smooth dining experience.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
