• Oversee cabin/facial service training meticulously, ensuring flawless execution and follow-up for unparalleled customer experiences.
• Spearhead high-value skincare seminars that resonate with both seasoned professionals and novices alike.
• Provide on-the-ground coaching at counters, offering real-time guidance that enhances performance.
