This leader will establish governance, standards, analytics, process excellence, and program management practices that improve execution consistency, accelerate issue resolution, and enable enterprise-wide continuous improvement. The role will provide leadership across PMO functions, service systems, process optimization, operational analytics, and capability development while partnering closely with Planning, Network Optimization, Distribution, Transportation, Technology, and Store Operations teams.

Lead Center of Excellence - Build and lead a scalable Continuous Improvement CoE that drives standardization, governance, and operational excellence.

Drive Program & Portfolio Governance - Establish governance and execution disciplines that ensure strategic initiatives deliver measurable business value.

Enable Operations Excellence - Implement standardized processes, performance management, and root-cause solutions to improve operational performance

Advance Analytics & Insights - Leverage data, analytics, and technology to generate actionable insights and support better business decisions.

Build Organizational Capability - Develop continuous improvement capabilities, leadership effectiveness, and a culture of disciplined execution across the organization.
