What You’ll Do:
- Provide on-the-job coaching and supervision in 1:1 and group settings at program sites and community businesses
- Help individuals develop job readiness, workplace behavior, and functional skills
- Implement employment and behavioral support plans in partnership with Case Managers and leadership
- Track progress through daily documentation, assessments, and payroll tracking
- Support transportation and participation in community-based job sites
- Assist with hands-on care and behavioral support, including trained safety interventions
- Maintain a structured, supportive environment while modeling professional workplace behavior
- Collaborate with team members and help train and support new staff

This is a highly active, hands-on role in a structured environment supporting individuals with more intensive needs. You’ll be working both on-site and in the community, providing consistent guidance, behavioral support, and skill-building throughout the day.
