Direct New Business Manager (Enterprise Business Solutions)

In this role, you will lead and drive the growth and support of direct new business within the Employee Benefits (EB) segment. You will be responsible for acquiring new and supporting existing corporate clients, expanding the EBS footprint and delivering sustainable business growth through proactive sales leadership, stakeholder engagement, and strategic initiatives.You will report to the Head of Direct and work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver compelling value propositions to clients.
Key Responsibilities
Business Growth & Sales Ownership
Own and deliver new business sales targets (EB APE, EBXLife, and other KPIs)
Build and manage pipeline and close opportunities
Lead complex and high-value cases
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
Develop strong relationships with corporate clients and decision-makers
Lead end-to-end client engagement, proposals, presentation and on boarding process
Strategic Initiatives & Market Development
Execute strategies to expand EBS direct business
Analyze market trends and identify opportunities
Stakeholder Management & Collaboration
Work with internal and external teams (Actuarial, Ops, Finance, Legal, TPAs)
Influence stakeholders to achieve objectives
Process Improvement & Operational Excellence
Improve sales processes and governance
Drive efficiency and automation initiatives
Servicing of newly acquired and existing account
Oversee end to end servicing of newly acquired and existing accounts
Drive and support timely renewal of accounts to maintain client retention and business continuity
