Direct Sales & Account Manager – Remote Chat Representative

As an Account Manager / Agent, you will be the main point of contact between models and their fan base. Your core focus will be delivering engaging personalized experiences, building long-term audience relationships, and driving revenue through high-converting direct messaging sales.

Your primary duties will include:

Account Management & Chatting: Engaging with subscribers in real-time on behalf of the creator using a authentic, dynamic tone.

Direct Sales Execution: Pitching and selling exclusive, high-value custom content (PPVs, custom requests, tips) directly through private messages.

Relationship Building: Nurturing fans to increase subscriber retention and lifetime customer value.

Performance Tracking: Monitoring daily sales goals, conversation conversion rates, and chat performance metrics.

Quality Assurance: Maintaining strictly professional, respectful, and brand-aligned communication at all times.

💼 Role Details & Work Setup
Work Setup: 100% Remote (Work from anywhere with a stable internet connection and computer).

Schedule Requirements: 6 days a week with 1 day off.

Available Shifts (EST / GMT-4 timezone):

Morning Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Evening Shift: 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM (Midnight)

Night Shift: 12:00 AM – 8:00 AM
