Direct Sales Officer

The Function Purpose

Build and maintain relationships with clients to achieve sales targets in alignment with the Consumer Banking business strategy.

Main Responsibilities

• Execute direct sales strategies and meet targets (Monthly, Quarterly) for various products and services.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Prepare Credit review (CR) file.
• Provide proper customer service.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and expand client’s base.
• Ensure abidance to all bank policies, procedures and regulations.
