What You’ll Do:
- Support people in achieving their goals, preferences, and desired outcomes.
- Advocate for individuals and ensure their rights and needs are respected.
- Participate in developing and monitoring Individual Support Plans.
- Provide leadership, supervision, and support to Direct Support Professionals.
- Ensure staff follow individual plans, agency policies, and state regulations.
- Monitor staffing, schedules, training, documentation, and service quality.
- Communicate and collaborate with individuals, families, guardians, professionals, and team members.
- Respond to and document incidents or changes in individual needs and coordinate additional support when needed.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure required documentation and assessments are completed on time.
- Help ensure a safe, clean, and supportive living environment.
- Provide direct support and assistance as needed.

Physical Requirements:
This position requires regular computer work, as well as occasional bending, stooping, climbing stairs, pushing/pulling, driving, and lifting over 50 pounds during emergency or behavioral support situations.
