Job Description:
As an awake night DSP, you will be responsible for providing assistance and guidance to individuals with disabilities during the overnight hours. Your duties will include ensuring the safety and well-being of our clients, assisting with nightly tasks, and promoting independence and self-advocacy.
Our ideal candidate is a night owl at heart, able to work independently and make quick decisions when needed. Experience in the field of disabilities is a plus, but we also welcome those with a passion for helping others and a willingness to learn.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct care and support to individuals with disabilities
- Assist with living tasks, including meal preparation, personal hygiene, and medication management
- Monitor and respond to any medical or behavioral needs during the night
- Document all client interactions and any significant events
- Ensure a safe and comfortable environment for all clients
Full Time: Seven on seven off working Wednesday to Wednesday 9:00 pm – 9:00 am
Pay: $19.00 - $21
