⭐ What You’ll Do
As a DSP, you’ll help individuals build independence, confidence, and connection through:
- Assisting with personal care, grooming, and mobility
- Building positive, respectful relationships with participants
- Leading and supporting sensory, recreational, and social activities
- Prioritizing safety, dignity, and well-being
- Accurately documenting daily care and participant progress
✅ Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license (fewer than 6 points)
- Current car insurance
