Job Summary:
EIHAB Human Services is seeking compassionate and dedicated Part Time - Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) in Burlington County to provide on-site behavioral health care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities in a residential setting. The DSP plays a critical role in fostering a safe, therapeutic, and family-like environment where residents can thrive and achieve greater independence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide daily structure, supervision, and support to individuals in a residential program.
- Assist with daily living skills, personal care, medication administration, and recreational activities.
- Implement and contribute to Individual Habilitation Plans and/or Treatment Plans.
- Observe, document, and communicate significant behavioral changes and notable incidents.
- Act as a liaison and advocate for individuals and their families, facilitating access to community resources.
- Maintain compliance with all state and federal regulations, EIHAB policies, and safety standards.
- Cooperate fully during inspections and investigations by EIHAB and regulatory agencies.
- Report all unusual incidents in accordance with Division Circular #14 and agency policies.
