Cedars DSPs are truly amazing - they are dedicated, kind and compassionate, and their work is noticed and appreciated!

Cedars residential programs operate 24/7 and we have several full-time shifts available, including fill-in hours in both Novato and Ross, California. Rate of pay is $20 - $21/hour, depending on experience. For full time permanent employees, a hiring bonus of up to $1,000 will be distributed over the course of the first year of employment.

As a Cedars DSP you will:

• Assist with goals that help increase a resident’s independent living skills.

• Supervise recreational activities using a positive supportive approach.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and healthy home environment.

• Assist residents with cooking and housekeeping.

• Assist with personal hygiene needs.

• Assist with goals that help increase a resident’s independent living skills.
