Direct Support Professional (DSP) – Independent Living | Vista Care

Make a real impact every day! Vista Care is hiring dedicated Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to empower individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to live independently and thrive in their communities.

What You'll Do

• Daily Living Support: Assist with meal prep, personal care, budgeting, shopping, and community outings.

• Advocacy & Care: Advocate for client dignity and independence while maintaining accurate progress notes and following care plans.

What You Need

• 18+ years old with a High School Diploma or GED.

• Valid driver's license & clean driving record (for client transport).

• Pass background checks and complete state training within 90 days.
