⭐ What You’ll Do
As a DSP, you’ll support individuals with developmental disabilities, helping them live with dignity, independence, and joy. Your responsibilities include:
- Providing direct personal care and daily living support
- Assisting with hygiene, meals, and medication administration
- Implementing individualized care and behavior support plans
- Promoting a safe, respectful, and inclusive home environment
- Participating in team meetings and ongoing training
✅ Minimum Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
- High school diploma or GED
- Proof of COVID-19 vaccination
- Valid driver’s license (fewer than 6 points)
- Current auto insurance
