Join The Arc of Washington County, a nonprofit serving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities since 1952. We’re hiring Direct Support Professionals to support our Day Services program (Day Break) on our main campus.
✨ What You’ll Do:

Support people with daily needs like personal care, hygiene, and meals

Facilitate fun, meaningful community outings and activities

Follow care plans and track progress toward individual goals

Ensure a safe, respectful, and engaging environment

Communicate and document clearly and timely
Who We’re Looking For:
✔️ 18+ with high school diploma or GED REQUIRED
✔️ Valid U.S. driver’s license with 2+ years of driving experience (not on a permit)
✔️ 1+ year of experience supporting individuals with disabilities
✔️ Ability to pass background check, drug screen, physical, and basic reading/math test
✔️ Available for 3 weeks of paid M–F training (8:30 AM–5:00 PM)
