As a DSP, you’ll support the people we serve in having a meaningful, active day. You’ll help with activities, community outings, skill-building, personal care, and developing greater independence.

🙌 What You’ll Need

• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid driver's license
• Driver's license must have been held in the New York, New Jersey, or Connecticut tri-state area for at least 3 years
• Clean driving record
• Dependable, compassionate, and comfortable working as part of a team
• Ability to support people with developmental disabilities in a respectful and person-centered environment
