What You’ll Be Doing

No two days are the same — and that’s what makes it exciting!

You’ll:

• Provide one-on-one support for individuals

• Assist with personal care, hygiene, and daily living activities

• Monitor health needs (vitals, medication administration, G-tube care)

• Encourage new skills, hobbies, and independence

• Reinforce positive behaviors and social engagement

• Provide transportation for community activities

• Celebrate progress toward personal goals

You’ll be a coach, cheerleader, advocate, and support system — all rolled into one.

This role is hands-on and active, so it’s perfect for someone who enjoys staying busy and engaged throughout the day.

✅ What You’ll Need

• Valid NC Driver’s License, Auto Insurance, and High School Diploma

• Reliable transportation (willing to transport individuals in your personal vehicle)

• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
