Responsibilities

• Help adults reach their goals of becoming more independent
• Offer guidance, instruction, role modeling and support.
• Accompany individuals into the community for social activities
• Assist with personal care as needed
• Provide supervision, coaching, and medication reminders
• Assist with meal preparation and routine homemaking duties

Qualifications

We are looking for individuals who:

• At least 18 years of age
• Must have reliable transportation
• Able to read and write English and authorization to work in the U.S.
• Able to obtain clearances as defined by regulations
• Stable physical condition to meet needs of position
• Professional, pleasant disposition, honest and dependable
• Have a personal cell phone
