Direct Support Professional DSP / CRMA

Part Time Shift: 16 hours, Thursday & Friday 3pm - 11pm

Position Overview:

The Direct Support Professional (DSP) provides direct support to individuals in an IDD residential setting, helping them live safely, successfully, and as independently as possible. The DSP supports individuals in building relationships with their housemates, participating in their communities, and developing skills that increase independence. This position promotes a safe and healthy living environment while protecting individual rights and following agency policies and procedures.
