Direct Support Professional (DSP) - Delaware County PA; 7am-3pm

Community Interactions, Inc., an innovative provider of services to Individuals with Disabilities, is seeking Therapeutic and Direct Support Professionals to support and mentor Adults with Developmental and Physical Disabilities. Candidates for this position must possess the ability to support clients in a safe and supported manner according to clinical recommendations and the ISP.

Successful candidates will work in a supported and relaxed work environment that provides work life balance, flexible schedules and the ability to make a difference in the lives of others.

Shifts:

Sunday-Thursday, 7am-3pm

Tuesday-Saturday, 7am-3pm

Our minimum requirements include a valid driver’s license with a good driving record. Good communication skills, high school diploma or its equivalent. Candidates must be able to physically assist individuals, have a high energy level to support our clients’ activities, be able to persuade and redirect behavior if required
