What You'll Do
As a DSP, you'll provide one-on-one support to children and adults with developmental disabilities in their homes and throughout the community.
Your responsibilities may include:
- Helping individuals build confidence and everyday life skills
- Supporting community outings, recreation, and social activities
- Assisting with personal care and daily routines when needed
- Encouraging independence while promoting safety and dignity
- Recording services using our easy mobile documentation system
- Working alongside families and Care Coordinators to achieve individual goals

Qualifications
