What You'll Do
As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you'll work one-on-one with individuals throughout the Peoria and Northwest Valley area, providing personalized support in their homes and out in the community.
Your responsibilities may include:
- Helping individuals develop daily living and independent life skills
- Supporting community outings, recreation, shopping, and appointments
- Encouraging confidence, communication, and personal growth
- Assisting with personal care when needed
- Building meaningful relationships with individuals and their families
- Documenting services using our easy mobile app

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid Driver's License
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to pass required background checks
- Ability to complete paid training provided by Endeavor
