As a Direct Support Professional (DSP) you will assist the people we support to achieve their goals based on their individual preferences and abilities at home, work and in the community.

• Ensure that individuals supported are treated with respect and dignity
• Interacts in a polite, honest, positive and professional manner
• Supports people in activities of their own choosing at home and in the community
• Assists individuals to develop a positive self-image; encourage independence with adult day living skills providing assistance whenever needed

Founded in 1978, Looking Upwards is a private, nonprofit agency offering a wide array of services to adults with developmental disabilities and children and youth with special healthcare needs.
