Self-Direction DSP - Clay Ny Area (Job #EH-RC)

Seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to work in the Clay area with a man who requires assistance due to a physical disability. The individual is looking for a dedicated staff to provide him with support and assist him with maintaining his independence both at home and in community settings. His interests include, but are not limited to wine making, gardening & hydroponics, technology, and cooking.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to assisting with Personal Care, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and general independence. We are looking for an individual who is reliable, patient, and enthusiastic. Prior experience is a plus. Reliable transportation and a valid New York State driver's license are required.

Individual is seeking DSP to fill in as needed to cover vacation time and sick leave of regularly scheduled DSPs. The pay rate is $23.00 per hour. Equal Opportunity Employer.
