DIrect Support Professional Floater

General Job Description:

The Floater is a flexible, organization-wide support position responsible for providing coverage and assistance across multiple departments and program locations. The role will work wherever operational needs are required, including DSP services, EEO programs, Job Coach in the community, both floral shop locations, and Camp Q, our horticulture site. The Floater must be adaptable, dependable, and willing to perform a variety of duties while maintaining OWC’s mission of supporting Individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Support our individuals with programmatic needs, ensure their health and safety needs, assist them with their vocational tasks, and be a mentor and example to all.
