We are hiring Direct Support Professionals to provide personal care services to adults with physical disabilities, as well as offer encouragement and support at our location in New Brighton, MN!

Direct Support Professional position overview and responsibilities:

• Assisting with activities of daily living
• Medication administration
• Personal cares
• Meal preparation
• Housekeeping services
• Written and/or electronic communication
• Assist residents in obtaining transportation when necessary - including accompanying the resident into the community

Direct Support Professional Qualifications:

• Effective verbal and written English communication skills
• Problem solving skills
• Able to do job tasks with little supervision
• A sense of caring – and a desire to make a difference
• Must pass a criminal background check
• Ability to conduct oneself in a professional manner
