ASPiRE! is looking for compassionate, energetic, and dependable individuals to join our team as a Direct Support Professional (DSP I). In this rewarding role, you'll support adults with developmental and intellectual disabilities by helping them achieve greater independence, participate in meaningful activities, and enjoy a fulfilling day program experience.
What You'll Do
- Support individuals with personal care, mobility, and daily living needs
- Encourage independence, choice-making, and skill development
- Plan and lead engaging recreational and community-based activities
- Assist with positive behavioral supports and individualized care plans
- Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment
- Transport participants to and from program activities as needed
- Collaborate with a supportive interdisciplinary team dedicated to person-centered care
