Direct Support Professional IL

As a Direct Support Professional, you will provide essential care and support to individuals with Autism living independently, helping them thrive in their own homes and communities. • Base rate of $17.25 per hour, with the opportunity to earn $100 bonus per pay period (equals $1.25 per hour per pay period)
• Additional $.50 per hour available if you earn or have a DSP-I certification.

Skills:
- Experience with intellectual disabilities or Autism or related fields is desirable but not necessary, paid training provided
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with individuals of diverse backgrounds
- Compassionate and patient demeanor when working with individuals who may have physical or cognitive challenges
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
