💵 Compensation & Benefits
- $18.00–$19.00/hour (based on experience, longevity, and behavior)
- $3 weekend add-on rate (applies to select shifts)
- Quarterly incentive bonus potential

- PTO for full-time employees after 90 days (with cash-out options)
