What we will provide you as a Direct Support Professional (DSP) / Caregiver:

• $13.50 - $16.50/Hour (depending on experience, longevity and behavior)
• Weekend add-on rate (applies to certain shifts and conditions)

As a Direct Support Professional (DSP) / Caregiver you will:

• Provide direct care to individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities
• Help with daily activities including personal care, housekeeping, and meal preparation
• Work closely with a team of people including co-workers, consumer family members, and medical professionals to help our clients to live as independent as possible
• Transport clients as needed to appointments and other activities
• Accompany clients to medical and other appointments to ensure their needs are met by the physician or provider
