- Full-Time
- Part-Time
- Days
- Nights
- Weekends
What we will provide you as a Direct Support Professional (DSP) / Caregiver:
- $13.50 - $16.50/Hour (depending on experience, longevity and behavior)
- Weekend add-on rate (applies to certain shifts and conditions)
- Incentive bonus potential
- PTO for full time employees after 90 days of employment

As a Direct Support Professional (DSP) / Caregiver you will:
- Provide direct care to individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities
- Help with daily activities including personal care, housekeeping, and meal preparation
- Work closely with a team of people including co-workers, consumer family members, and medical professionals to help our clients to live as independent as possible
- Transport clients as needed to appointments and other activities
- Accompany clients to medical and other appointments to ensure their needs are met by the physician or provider
