Self-Direction DSP - Syracuse Area (Job #LB-XM)

Indera (formerly ARISE/EFR)is seeking a Direct Support Professional to work in the Syracuse area with a young man who requires assistance due to a developmental delay. The individual is looking for a dedicated staff to provide him with support and assist him with maintaining his independence both at home and in community settings. Responsibilities include but are not limited to assisting with independent living skills and exploring activities out in the community. Individual enjoys gaming activities.

We are looking for individuals who are reliable, patient, energetic and enthusiastic. Prior experience a plus. Reliable transportation and a HS diploma/GED are required. Background check, fingerprinting and DMV record check will be conducted prior to hire by the non-profit agency.

Work hours include Monday Noon-5:00pm, Tuesday, 11:30am-3:00pm, Thursday 10:30am-3:00pm, Friday 3:00pm-9:00pm. The pay rate is $23 per hour. Indera (formerly ARISE/EFR) is an Equal Opportunity Employer
