Position Overview

We are seeking compassionate and caring Direct Support Professionals to join our team supporting multiple homes in the Lititz, PA area. This role is vital in helping individuals live fulfilling lives by providing personalized support and assistance in their daily activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and support to individuals in residential homes.
• Assist with daily living activities including personal care, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
• Promote independence, dignity, and respect for each individual.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a safe and supportive environment.
• Document and report observations and progress as required.

Qualifications & Skills

• Compassionate and caring attitude towards individuals served.
• Ability to work 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts as needed.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable and responsible with a commitment to quality care.
• Previous experience in a Direct Support Professional role is preferred but not required.
