Indera is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to work in the Liverpool area with an 18 year old male, diagnosed with a developmental disability. He values volunteering at Thrifty Shopper, bowling, and going to Wendy’s. These are his favorite activities. He would like a dedicated staff member to assist with accessing his community, providing encouragement to interact with others, and (at times) reminders for appropriate behaviors in public. He is most successful with verbal prompts, supervision, and partial physical assistance for many activities.
This individual does not typically communicate verbally. He enjoys music, watching videos, YMCA, Central Rock Gym, parks, trampoline parks, and libraries. This individual has a history of challenging behaviors, although these do not occur for staff regularly.

We are looking for individuals who are reliable, patient, and enthusiastic. Prior experience a plus but willing to train. Reliable transportation and a high school diploma/GED are required. Background check, fingerprinting and DMV record check will be conducted prior to hire by the non-profit agency.

Hiring for the following shifts with flexibility:
Monday to Friday 3pm to 6pm
Saturday and Sunday Anytime
