Self-Direction DSP - Jamesville Area (Job #MLG/IJ)

Indera (formerly ARISE/EFR)is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to work in the Jamesville area with a young man in his mid-20’s. The individual is looking for a dedicated staff to assist him in increasing and maintaining his independence, increasing his socialization, being active, and increasing his safety skills. This individual is very friendly, enjoys watching videos on YouTube, playing baseball, and going to the YMCA to do a verity of different activities. Some of his interests include baseball, swimming, skiing, and bowling. This individual communicates with American Sign Language (ASL) and does communicate with some English words and phrases.

We are looking for individuals who are reliable, patient, and enthusiastic. Prior experience a plus but willing to train. Reliable transportation is required. Background check, fingerprinting, and DMV record check will be conducted prior to hire by the non-profit agency.

Hiring for the following days and times with flexibility:

Thursday and Friday 10:00am – 3:00pm

Saturday and Sunday 11:00am – 4:00pm
