We are offering a flexible schedule for all of our Direct Support Professional positions being offered throughout Essex County, NY.
What you get to do:
Actively participate in the planning and provision of all support services for individuals served by Mountain Lake Services including day habilitation, residential habilitation, at home residential habilitation, job coaching and respite.
Provide guidance, emotional support, and crisis intervention as needed.
Play a key role in developing meaningful in-house and community activities with an emphasis on age-appropriate activities and social experiences.
Requirements: Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED. Other equivalent training or certifications may be accepted.
Previous experience and training is desired but not necessary. An individual must be flexible, enjoy working with people and have good communication skills.
