The role entails flexibility in work settings, with schedules tailored to accommodate individual requirements, potentially encompassing evenings, overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays. Mandatory attendance at diverse training sessions is integral, enabling DSPs to broaden their expertise and deliver high-quality support.
Schedule:
- Monday: 8 AM - 3 PM
- Tuesday: 8 AM - 3 PM
- Wednesday: 8 AM - 3 PM
- Thursday: 8 AM - 3 PM
- Friday: 8 AM - 3 PM
