The Vocational Training Center (VTC) of Fargo, ND is now searching for candidates with a wide variety of backgrounds and experiences to join our team as part-time Direct Support Professionals (DSP).
Responsibilities of this position will include:

- Providing guidance to and actively engaging with adults who have intellectual/developmental disabilities in a variety of vocational and social settings
- Accompanying individuals to off-site activities
- Assisting individuals with personal care responsibilities and administering medications based on individual needs
- Supervising crews on and off-site performing a number of different vocational services
- Maintaining flexibility and composure in an ever-changing work environment
- Complete Certificate with ND Direct Care Careers
Other duties not listed above may be assigned.
Required:
Required:
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Current driver's license
Preferred:
- Previous experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities
