Pay & Perks

• Starting Pay: $17.13/hr.

• After Training Completion: $17.33/hr.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Support residents in a small group home setting

• Assist with daily living activities and personal care

• Prepare and serve meals

• Administer medications (training provided)

• Participate in fun, engaging activities with residents

• Foster a safe, respectful, and empowering home environment

✅ What You Need

• High School Diploma or GED

• Valid Driver’s License or State ID

• Ability to pass a criminal background check

• A caring attitude and a willingness to learn
