Ensures the health, safety, and well-being of clients.

Documents all services provided to the clients accurately and timely.

Provides advocacy to ensure clients’ needs are heard, rights are understood and problems are resolved.

Practices effective communication, empathy and problem solving;

Supports the agency as an effective team player by supporting other programs when there is a critical need.

Understands and follows all agency policies and procedures including training requirements.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Qualifications
Preference may be given to applicants with DSP experience; however, experience is not required
Minimum of High school diploma or GED

Must be 18 or older

Preferred: active Maine license.
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Must pass a background check
