DIRECT SUPPORT PROFESSIONAL (DSP) | Waterloo/Seneca Falls, NY

As a DSP, you'll build meaningful relationships while supporting people with everyday activities, learning new skills, exploring their community, attending appointments and activities, and working toward goals that matter to them. You'll be there to encourage progress, celebrate accomplishments, and provide the support each person needs to feel confident and successful.

Pay & Schedule

Pay: $18.19-$20.21 per hour, based on experience, plus shift differentials!

Evening Shift: 3:00 PM-11:00 PM (times may vary)
Overnight Shift: 11:00 PM-7:00 AM (times may vary)
Full-time and Relief opportunities available
Location: Waterloo/Seneca Falls, NY | Seneca County

What You'll Do

No two days are exactly the same. You may help with meal preparation, personal care, household responsibilities, transportation, appointments, community activities, and other daily routines. Throughout it all, you'll encourage independence, promote choice, and help the people we support build skills and confidence.

You'll also work alongside families, healthcare professionals, and other team members to provide quality, person-centered support while ensuring each person is treated with dignity, respect, and compassion.

What We're Looking For

Candidates must have a High School Diploma or GED and a valid NYS Driver's License. Experience supporting people with developmental disabilities or working as a CNA, Home Health Aide, Caregiver, or DSP is a plus, but it isn't the only thing we're looking for.

No Experience? No Problem.
