Pay: $16.88 – $17.50 per hour (Blended rate / Premium pay model)

As a DSP, you will provide personalized care, daily assistance, and encouragement to help individuals build independence, engage with their community, and lead fulfilling lives in a safe, welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Daily Care & Support: Assist individuals with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, dressing, and meal preparation.

• Plan Implementation: Follow and execute Individual Service Plans (ISP) and Behavioral Support Plans (BSP).

• Medication & Documentation: Safely administer medications and accurately log daily progress and observations in electronic health records (EHR).

• Community Engagement: Encourage personal choice, advocate for individual preferences, and support involvement in local community and recreational activities.

• Safety & Environment: Maintain a clean, safe, supportive, and positive living space.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Age: Must be 18 years of age or older.

• Education: High School Diploma or GED required.

• License: Valid Driver's License and reliable transport.

• Background Check: Must be able to pass a caregiver background check.

• Tech Skills: Basic computer skills for daily electronic record-keeping.
