Job Type: Full-Time | Non-Exempt

Pay: $16.88 – $17.50 per hour (Average starting wage based on a premium pay / blended rate model and schedule)

Supplemental Pay: DailyPay option available (access your pay daily)

Job Summary

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to join our team in Oshkosh, WI. In this role, you will empower individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to live fulfilling, independent lives in a supportive community setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Daily Living Support: Assist individuals with personal hygiene, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.

• Plan Implementation: Carry out Individual Service Plans (ISPs) and Behavioral Support Plans (BSPs).

• Medication & Logging: Safely administer medications and maintain accurate daily progress notes in electronic health records (EHR).

• Community Engagement: Encourage personal choice, self-advocacy, recreational activities, and community involvement.

• Environment: Maintain a clean, safe, and positive living environment for all residents.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Age: 18 years of age or older

• Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent

• License: Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record

• Background Check: Must pass a caregiver background check

• Skills: Basic computer skills for electronic documentation and logging
