Direct Support Professional (DSP) - PRN / As Needed

As a PRN Direct Support Professional (DSP) with Sevita, you'll pick up shifts as needed to support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in their home and community. This is a great fit for experienced caregivers, students, retirees, or anyone with another job who wants flexible, meaningful work.
Starting Pay: $18.65/hour, On-Demand Pay Available Hours: PRN (as needed) Location: Cape Girardeau, MO
Your Impact
Step in to keep care consistent when the team needs coverage
Support each person with daily routines, meals, and personal care
Give medications safely once you've completed certification
Help with outings, appointments, and community activities
Follow support plans and document each shift accurately

You'll also need:
To be 18 or older, with a high school diploma or GED (or 5 years of documented caregiving experience)
A valid driver's license with at least 1 year of driving history, plus a reliable, insured vehicle
To pass required background checks
Experience in caregiving, as a CNA, or in behavioral or home health support is a bonus.
