As a Direct Support Professional, you’ll support individuals with developmental disabilities, behavioral challenges, and complex needs in a home and community setting. You’ll help people live more independently, try new things, and stay connected to their community.
This is hands-on work that includes helping with personal care and daily living tasks, while also encouraging growth, independence, and dignity.

What You'll Do

This role is about more than tasks. It’s about helping people grow and live well.
Build meaningful, respectful relationships with the individuals you support
Assist with daily living skills like hygiene, meals, and routines
Support goals such as budgeting, communication, exercise, and nutrition
Encourage participation in community activities and daily engagement
Provide calm, consistent support for individuals with behavioral needs
Help maintain a safe, positive, and respectful home environment
Work closely with your team to support each person’s goals

What You'll Need:

High school diploma or GED, or 5 years of documented caregiving experience
Must be at least 18 years old
Valid driver’s license (held for at least one year)
Access to a registered, insured vehicle
Ability to pass background checks
Reliable, responsible, and compassionate approach to caregiving

Experience in caregiving, healthcare, CNA work, behavioral health, or human services is helpful but not required. We provide training and support so you can succeed.
