What a Typical Day Looks Like

You'll also support community involvement, recreational activities, and social connections while providing patient, respectful care to individuals with behavioral challenges and other complex needs. Your encouragement and support help create a safe, positive environment where people can thrive.
What We Need From You

At least 18 years old
High school diploma/GED or relevant caregiving experience
Valid driver's license with at least 1 year of driving history
Reliable, insured vehicle
Ability to complete required background checks
Compassionate, dependable, and committed to helping others succeed
