- Schedule: Saturdays & Sundays | 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Location: Community Integrated Living Arrangements (CILA) – Various
- Role Type: Part-Time / Weekend Direct Care
What You’ll Be Doing (The Fun Stuff):
- Create a Positive Home Vibe: Support residents with daily routines, healthy meals, creative activities, and building independent living skills.
- Explore the Community: Head out on fun outings, attend local appointments, and help residents stay connected and active.
- Be an Advocate & Mentor: Serve as a positive role model while ensuring health, safety, and well-being every step of the way.
- Keep Progress Going: Track daily milestones, administer medications per policy, and keep team communications smooth.
