The Details:

  • 🗓 Schedule: Saturdays & Sundays | 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
  • 📍 Location: Community Integrated Living Arrangements (CILA) – Evanston, Morton Grove and Skokie
  • 💼 Role Type: Part-Time / Weekend Direct Care/ Flexible

What You’ll Be Doing (The Fun Stuff):

  • 🏡 Create a Positive Home Vibe: Support residents with daily routines, healthy meals, creative activities, and building independent living skills.
  • 🚗 Explore the Community: Head out on fun outings, attend local appointments, and help residents stay connected and active.
  • 🤝 Be an Advocate & Mentor: Serve as a positive role model while ensuring health, safety, and well-being every step of the way.
  • 📝 Keep Progress Going: Track daily milestones, administer medications per policy, and keep team communications smooth.

What You Bring:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Big heart, strong work ethic, patience, and great communication skills.
  • Valid Illinois driver’s license & auto insurance.
  • DSP certification—or the drive to complete full training with us upon hire!
  • Ability to assist with physical support/lifting, wear comfortable non-slip closed-toe shoes, and keep energy high.
