Direct Support Professional-Sleep Shifts!
Lakes Region Community Services (LRCS) is looking to hire Direct Support Professionals (DSP's) to work sleep shifts from 11:00pm- 7:00 am. DSP's are paid $15.00 per hour for the sleep shift. If you are needed to assist with the individuals in the home during these hours, you are paid at an awake rate, ranging from $17.50-$20.00 (depending on education and experience). The right candidates will be passionate about promoting and providing opportunities for people with developmental disabilities within the community.
Responsibilities include:
- Assisting individuals to safely and efficiently evacuate their home during fire drills and in case of an emergency; and
- Assisting co-workers if needed.
